Playing badminton is a excellent physical exercise. It strengthens muscles, improves reflexes and motor coordination, increases flexibility and improves balance. It helps develop these aspects more than other sports because it uses every muscle in the body. For me, badminton is the perfect combination of skill, speed and endurance. I love playing badminton with friends and family. It is a fast-paced sport that can be played by people of all fitness levels.
